Carol's Beef Bone Broth

Carol's slow-simmered beef bone broth is full of flavour and nutrition. She takes grass fed beef bones, roast to caramelise and then slow simmer along with locally sourced vegetables for 24 hours to extract as many nutrients as possible.

Beef bone broth is a great source of gelatin which comes from the collagen rich bones. Her beef bone broth is extraordinarily rich in protein with 20 grams of protein and approx. 9g of collagen per pack. It makes a great comforting drink and can also be used in soups, stews and casseroles.
